Training process

The program consists of two stages: 

  • The first one lasts 3 months and requires ~12 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks and discuss your questions with our mentors at regular Q&A sessions. 
  • If you show good results and successfully pass a technical interview, we will invite you to the next stage. It usually lasts 3.5 months and requires ~20 hours of weekly engagement. You will learn to organize information, build visualization, check data quality and get acquainted with cloud technologies. 

Upon program completion, you may be able to continue your career path according to demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM.

What is required for training:

Requirements: 

  • English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher 
  • Fluency in Romanian of C1 (Advanced) level and higher 
  • Basic knowledge of Relational Database Management System (DBMS) theory 
  • Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) 
  • Basic knowledge of Python 


Nice to have: 

  • Degree from a technical university or other educational institution with a technical specialization 
  • Experience in banking and technical spheres 
How to get started?
  1. Register. Fill in all the required fields and attach your CV. Once all details are submitted, you will receive the confirmation via email.
  2. Specify your interest in this program in your profile's "Additional information" section. Please indicate the reasons for choosing this training and your expectations. 
  3. Take the English test available in your profile. Please complete it within 3 days after the registration. (B2 English level is needed to proceed)
  4. Pass the technical test. Please take it within 3 days after the registration and reach at least 70%.
  5. Have a General interview. We will schedule a call within 1-3 weeks after you pass all the tests and guide you through the next steps.  
  6. Pass the final technical exam on September 27. We will inform you about the exact time, via separate email. 
  7. Start your learning journey! We will provide you with all details and start date in 1-2 weeks after the final technical exam.
